Working across 18 (<strong>eighteen<\/strong>) areas in KwaZulu-Natal, ACAT\u2019s Integrated Livelihoods Programme (ILP) tackles the structural causes of poverty by combining skills development, enterprise support, access to finance, and continuous mentoring through locally led community structures. Its approach strengthens household food security, enables income generation, and builds long-term self-reliance, supported by complementary initiatives such as Savings and loans groups and the youth basic life skills programme.
