Raising broiler chickens and growing vegetables is what made this lady Thembi Mdunjani a famous business lady at Izingolweni! She joined the programme in 2022. She said being one of the Basic Life Skills participants really opened her eyes. The top-up workshops after the Basic Life Skills training was all that she needed to stand up on her feet and start her business journey.

She can’t stop thanking ACAT for raising her up: “I went from zero to hero. Before being a group member I used to depend only on the government grant for my children. Now I am a totally changed person! I have savings and have been able to do some home improvements.”
